The European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO) is the independent civil society platform of European NGOs, networks of NGOs and think tanks which are committed to peacebuilding and the prevention of violent conflict.
26/03/2021: EPLO is pleased to welcome the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy, Conducive Space for Peace, CSSP – Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation, the European Centre for Electoral Support, Mercy Corps Netherlands and SaferGlobe as its newest member organisations. Their membership applications were approved by the EPLO General Assembly on Thursday 25 March.
28/10/2020: EPLO and The Peace Studio released the song ‘Dì Mi L’amore‘ and accompanying sand art video, co-produced by Petru Canon, a Corsican singer, songwriter and poet, Britt Hewitt, a New York-based singer and songwriter, and Colette Dedyn, a Belgian sand artist.
26/10/2020: EPLO has published a statement entitled ‘A new Africa-EU Strategy: Recommendations for EU support to peace and security in the framework of a renewed Africa-EU Partnership‘.
EPLO has 40 member organisations from 16 European countries (12 EU Member States plus Kosovo, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). EPLO’s members are individual NGOs, networks of NGOs, and think tanks.
