The purpose of the meeting, which is being organised in the framework of the Civil Society Dialogue Network (CSDN), with the support of the European External Action Service (EEAS), and the European Commission (Service for Foreign Policy Instruments and Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development) (EC), is to gather input from representatives of civil society organisations (CSOs) and other actors to contribute to reflections on the IcSP Annual Action Programme (AAP) 2018 and Multiannual Indicative Programme 2018-2020 for Article 4 (Conflict prevention, peace-building and crisis preparedness) and Article 5 (Global and trans-regional threats and emerging threats).
