How can we as evaluators better enable learning environments in our organizations? Natalie De Sole will share core concepts, theories, and principles, known to support organizational learning and discuss ways to embed these principles into evaluation designs and practices. These concepts will range from personal engagement theories to more macro-organizational change and learning theories.
Natalie will provide examples from 10+ years experience as an evaluator, ranging from challenges identified and solutions found through her time researching and using the theories presented. Participants are encouraged to review how they can embed organizational learning and team innovation strategies into their own evaluation designs.
