EPLO MEMBER ORGANISATION EVENT – Transitioning to Locally Led Development

23rd January 2020 @ 16:00 - 17:00 CET

Join DME for Peace on Thursday 23 January at 4pm, as Grace Boone, Project Manager at CDA Collaborative Learning, and Alex Martins, Independent Researcher and Consultant, join the M&E Thursday Talks to lead a discussion on “Stopping As Success: Lessons Learned From Responsible INGO Transitions“.

Grace and Alex will discuss lessons learned from Stopping As Success (SAS), their three-year collaborative learning project on responsible INGO transitions. The SAS team will soon be releasing 20 case studies and 20+ tools and resources developed throughout the project. In anticipation, they will share how the SAS team defines “transitions”, give insights from the project, and highlight what you can expect from these resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for participants to engage in a discussion around responsible transitions, locally led development more broadly, and the role each person can take to move this work forward.
