This webinar examines the Outcome Harvesting Methodology used by the USAID’s Supporting Access to Justice, Fostering Equity and Peace (SAFE) Program in Uganda. The outcome harvesting methodology enabled the program to demonstrate results and impact of interventions, and provided a framework for demonstrating and mapping outcomes over target geographic areas. The methodology was implemented in furtherance of collaborative learning and adaptation (CLA) goals set forth under the Mission’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy for integrated development. The use of Outcome Harvesting Methods is discussed in relation to the impact of peace and access to justice interventions. The USAID Uganda SAFE Program is a six-year, 14 million USD program implemented in partnership by Search for Common Ground and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). SAFE has been working to improve access to justice and to strengthen peace building and conflict mitigation in 20 districts in Uganda.
