On the 24th of November, we will be joined by Stéphane Dion, Ambassador to Germany and Special Envoy to the European Union and Europe; Hassina Neekzad, Executive Director of the Afghan Women’s Organisation for Equality (AWOE); Dr. Almut Wieland-Karimi, Director of the Centre for International Peace Operations (ZIF); and Andrew Gilmour, Executive Director of the Berghof Foundation for a discussion on “Women Peacebuilders: Understanding Current Challenges and Opportunities to Support”.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Kristina Lunz, Co-Founder & Germany Co-Director of CFFP and Isabelle Poupart, Canadian Deputy Head of Mission.
