Felicity joined EPLO in April 2023 to coordinate EPLO’s working group on funding for peacebuilding. She also supports the implementation of the ‘Civil Society Dialogue Network’ (CSDN) project.

Prior to joining EPLO, Felicity worked in EU policy and advocacy for Saferworld, engaging with the EU and Member States to inform and influence their policies on peace and conflict prevention, and in the human rights field with the network EuroMed Rights.

Felicity has a Master’s in Political Science from Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and a Scottish Master of Arts (undergraduate) in Arabic and French from the University of Edinburgh.
