Civil Society Dialogue Network Discussion Paper
Renewing the EU’s approach to Fragility: policy coherence, impact and the role of civil society

EPLO is opening a selection process to contract a researcher to write a discussion paper on fragility under the Civil Society Dialogue Network (CSDN). The study will explore how the EU addresses fragility and conflict in its external action, assess the tools and funding currently in place, including the role of civil society, and offer concrete recommendations to improve the EU’s effectiveness.

  • An up-to-date CV
  • Cover letter setting out how they will approach the research task, along with the financial offer
  • Links to 2-3 recently published papers
