EU POLICIES
The main objective of EPLO’s Working Group on EU Institutions and Policies (Policy WG) is to ensure that conflict prevention and peacebuilding feature prominently within the policies and structures of EU external action. The group contributes to maximising efficacy in the implementation of EU policies related to conflict prevention and peace.
The Policy Working Group focuses on:
- The Common Security and Foreign Policy, including Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) missions;
- The institutional development of the European External Action Service (EEAS);
- EU peace mediation practices; and all policies and tools related to the Integrated Approach to External Conflicts and Crises.
