EPLO’s Annual Report 2025 offers an overview of the network’s work and collective achievements over the past year. In a context marked by growing geopolitical tensions, rising conflict and increasing pressure on civil society, the report reflects how EPLO and its members have continued to promote peacebuilding and conflict prevention as essential components of EU external action.
Throughout 2025, EPLO played a key role in bringing civil society perspectives into EU policymaking, supporting dialogue, shaping policy discussions and contributing to debates on issues such as the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework, the Women, Peace and Security agenda, and youth engagement in peacebuilding.
The report also highlights the work carried out through the Civil Society Dialogue Network (CSDN), which remains central to EPLO’s engagement with EU institutions, as well as the network’s efforts to convene, connect and strengthen the peacebuilding community across Europe and beyond.
