What first draws people to peacebuilding? Which experiences shape their path, and what keeps them motivated in a field that is often challenging and complex?
In this new video, members of the EPLO network share personal reflections on their journeys into peacebuilding. Through stories of motivation, difficulties, and lessons learned, they show that peace is not only built through high-level initiatives, but also through the everyday actions and commitments of people working together.
“What inspires me is seeing how peace is built through everyday actions.”
EPLO’s network is made up of many perspectives, organisations and approaches. Yet, what unites us all is the conviction that dialogue, cooperation and solidarity are the foundations of sustainable peace. Behind every report, statement or policy paper, there are dedicated individuals and teams striving to make this vision a reality.
🎥 The video was produced as part of our CSDN V project, and we warmly thank all those who took part, especially our members Berghof Foundation, Nonviolent Peaceforce, Oxfam Novib, and the United Network of Young Peacebuilders, as well as the wider community for their continuous inspiration.
