Carlotta joined EPLO in August 2023 as Programme Assistant. She holds a Double Master’s Degree in Mediterranean Governance from LUISS Guido Carli University and Université Libre de Bruxelles. Prior to EPLO, she was working at the European Endowment for Democracy (EED) where she assisted in the management of internal and external events. During her studies she interned for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
