Terri joined EPLO in January 2017 as a Senior Associate to work on the Preventing and Responding to Conflict: Developing EU Civilian Capabilities for a Sustainable Peace (EU-CIVCAP) and Civil Society Dialogue Network (CSDN) projects.

She is a peacebuilding professional with eight years of experience in international development and conflict policy in the UK, France, Belgium, Jordan and the Netherlands.

Prior to joining EPLO, Terri worked as an advisor on the EU-wide early warning system for the prevention of violent conflict at the European External Action Service (EEAS) as well as with conflict and peacebuilding NGOs.
